Hello everyone.

I’ve been considering adding a calcium supplement to my daily routine to support my bone health, but I have a few questions. First, what’s the best form of calcium to take—calcium carbonate or calcium citrate? I’ve read that citrate is better absorbed, especially for those with lower stomach acid.

I’m concerned about getting enough without overdoing it, as I know excess calcium can lead to health issues. Lastly, are there any side effects I should be aware of?
