Hey I am a new mer and while washing dishes with gloves i noticed the scale like pattern on the 'grip' of the latex glove ( the 'grip' is what helps you hold the slippery dishes know what i mean?) So you can make a mold out of it:)

I also saw a make-up tutorial on youtube that says that you can take fishnets and use eyeshadow to make scales on your face....i am sure that you can use it with paint as well for clothing :)

that's an old old trick....the fishnet....you can use lace and all kinds of thin materials to change and make more intricate patterns as well.
