Changing profile pics?

How do I change my little avatar...and more importantly...my profile pic? I'm so used to Facebook. It doesn't seem obvious to me cuz I'm apparently missing something altogether. The only customize option I see is for the colors and whatnot. And the info. Nothing about pics.

Go to settings up at the top right next to log out- there will be a bar on the next page on the left hand side.

I agree though, it's a little out of the way. It took me a minute to remember how to change stuff.
