Walking Tail

Some time ago someone wantex to make a walking tail that looked realistic. I cannot remeber who it was, but I found this listing on ebay and it looks like a simple enough base pattern to begin a tail. The scales or what have you in silicone or ALEX might bea little difficult, but Ithought that this might be a good starting point.
