It's on Netflix instant and some other mermaid movies like Fishtales, Miranda (and it's sequel). I have it on queue but I have yet to watch it.

I liked this movie a lot, especially the unique story.
I think my favorite older mermaid film though is probably Miranda, and I do love its sequel, Mad About Men. Glynis Johns is a finominal mermaid. I think it would be really fun to do reboots of each of these movies.
