Has anyone here SWAM in a mermaid creations (jesse's) tail??

I'm planning to buy one regardless. it's already been discussed, and designed, just waiting on funds. But after comparing and swimming in 4 tails now...i really just have to ask. HAS ANYONE HERE SWAM IN ONE OF JESSE'S TAILS? i want to know what the monofin feels like, how the foot pockets sit, and how the ankle straps work. because my mertailor tail swim was an effing nightmare. and now i have enough experience to know all of these things. even if iit's for dry shoots and etc....his works is gloriously amazing. Someone C'mon and give me details!!!

SWEET!!! I saw some more of his work in pics of his booth for merpalooza and wow. just stunning pieces. he's a tail genius. and to see how far he's come in the short amount of time he's been at it. from his technique, to his methods, to materials. he's going to take over the world someday.

I use either the Foil or Competitor Mono fins in my tails.

For the Foil, I suggest going up one size. The straps go around the back of the ankle and are not adjustable. In fact, I am thinking about removing the straps on the foil when I put them into the tail as I fee that they are not needed. After discussion with one of Thom Shouse's mermaids who swam in the orange tail, I will be asking if people want the straps or not.

ive got a jesse tail... mine is the blue and white one in the palooza images.. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
my fkuke was huge but swam nicely.. jesse and i talked and decided to shrink it down... im not strong enough swimmer yet for it.. thatwas my bad... but jesse isawesome and adjusting it.. he created exactly what i wanted and its fabulous

It's a silicone tail with a competitor monofin. And I haven't seen any designs yet (it's only been a couple of days) but the inspiration is an Ursula style tail. I love my black tails, and purple is one of my favorite colors. I simply cannot wait to see what Jesse does with the design. I definitely think that this will be the longest couple of months EVER! :)
