She can't get to her business email right now, but it can't hurt to send an email too. But the post says to PM her FB page (the one it was posted on). I can tell you that she's not going to say yes to anyone unless they already have full payment ready to send. Everyone always asks if they can make payments.. from what I've seen the answer is no.

But I think if she's willing to repaint and add fins for an additional price, then she may be alright with taking it in a little bit too!
