Mermaiding at Laguna Beach, California

Hello!

My sister and I are heading to Laguna beach in California this weekend and I wanted to know if anyone here has visited there? We were hoping to get lots of pictures (and of course swimming) in our tails, but does anyone know if it will be a problem? I've never been to Laguna beach before, and I just wanted to know what to expect when I go. I'd hate to make the trip, only to find out the lifeguards won't let me wear my tail.

I've never taken a tail to Laguna, but I was just there about a month ago and it is a great beach. There are lots of boulders and stones for posing on and the sand is great. Just be warned that you might have to do a lot of walking to get to a good spot.
