Loki, I haven't measured the tail because it can fit various sizes, I'm a size 3, it was made to my measurements, but it also fit my size 8 friend, it was just too short for her. So the main thing is to be sure your feet are size 8 or less and your under size 8 pants. I have a 29" waist and 36" hips. If you want me to measure the tail, let me know.

I didn't make the belt, I bought it from a belly dance costume company. I'm sure you could find another one if you google belly dance costumes.

I was wondering if your tail was silicone? It looks like it but I just wanted to make sure. Also, you said it fit your friend who was a size 8. I'm usually a 6, maybe a bit bigger, and my shoe size is a 6.5. Do you think it would fit?

Ayla - So glad you like the belt!

Tropi-cal - The tail is a "latex" tail by the Mertailor. It would fit you as long as your not too tall. It would be tight but that's good, because it will stay on good and it will stretch over time to a looser fit.

I'm very small. I am a size 1 in pants and a 5 1/2 shoe size, I'm only 5 feet tall. Is the tail latex and if so is it lined with neoprene or neoprin? I am allergic to latex thats why the lining is of concern. Or is the tail silicone? Would I be able to add paint to the tail? I am VERY interested! I have the money right now, just need those few questions answered. Thanks so much!
