View Full Version : First pic of the merman character from Secret of Mako Island (H2O spin-off)

I don't want to get my hopes up, but there might be hope for this show yet. A lot of places just said he gets "fin like feet", so I thought the character wasn't going to be an actual merman. But this photo suggests otherwise.

That's it. I'm sold. That looks so awesome! Not even to mention he's a full blown merman. And seriously look at that trident! I really can't wait now.

And they changed the name again? It's much more fitting, considering the merMAN :)

Agreed. It looks silvery-blue. Maybe they decided to do the opposite color for males considering the girls tails were a coppery-orange color. :P

Thats sooo cool! I dislike the fact that the mermaids in h2o have bras though, they should have done a 'splash' and just glued hair extensions to the breasts, because if this show was real the merman would have scales bra too loooooool

I'm not really sure if I like the blue, but that's partly because I loved the copper-orange. I'm PSYCHED for it, though! Although I'm not much for the idea of a merman. It's not that I'm appalled by it--it's a cool idea, just that I really, really liked the H2O original. I hope it meets the standards!
