(Sold!) Another Latex Tail For Sale

This is an older tail that I got back in 2010 I believe, from the mertailor. It is different from how he makes them now. Mermaid Sirena wore this tail for many events, but it's still in good shape! Recently, I spray painted the tail. It actually worked great! Anyway, I took it for a test swim and it spray paint on! Now, there were some areas where I had added some silicone, and the spray paint would not stick to the silicone. But it stayed on the latex just fine! Unfortunately, I found out on the test swim that it's too big for me now. So it's now for sale if anyone is interested. $125, includes shipping!

Things to know before purchasing:
This would best fit a womens size medium. The monofin is a wave so best for size 8 foot and under.
This tail was altered. Silicone was added along the sides to attempt to hide the seams. Paint won't stick to it. Please look at the pics to see how it looks.
Silicone was also added to the edge of the fluke because it was reshaped.
Water does get into the fluke, but it's not very bad, as you can see from the video it's not an issue.
The monofin does NOT have an ankle strap, but you can buy one online if you want one.
Some of the original blue paint is worn off in some spots.

So have any ideas of what the measurements are? An I have a rapid and it seems big on my feet and the straps are almost to the end would a wave fit me?

Vallee33, if the rapid feels too big, then I think a wave would fit you just fine.

Estarriol, I'm a size xs-s....so since this is a little big on me, I'd say it would fit a medium well. The reason I give it a generic size is because it can fit numerous measurments due to the stretchy-ness.

Also I forgot to mention, it's for a shorter person, no more than 5,4" tall.

I really don't know how to measure it accuracy, but if someone can tell me how to do so, I'll measure it. It seems like if I measure it straight across, it wouldn't be accurate.

A good way to get measurements is to measure straight across at different points (hips, waist, ect) and then double that. That'll give a base measurement and people can account for a few inches of stretch. for the height just the waist of the tail down to the ankle area.

Waist 15
hip 16
knee 10
ankle 8
waist to ankle 40

30 waist
32 hip
20 knees
16 ankles
then waist to ankle 40
me thinks I have to come up with some money fast.

Sounds about right, but my hips are 36 and it went on no problem so I hope I measured it right.

Wow that fits me perfectly! I would love to have my first tail be a used one so that I can start somewhere. Do you think it would fit a shoe size 6.5?

Moongazer, It would definatly fit a 6.5 shoe size, its made for size 8 and under. I will have to check on the shipping price to canada.

Saphira, Mermaid Sirena wore this tail and she has larger thighs than me, also my size 8 sis in law wore it for photos once. It stretches!

Esther, please stop necro posting old classified threads. All the threads you've commented on say somewhere in the comments that the tails have been sold. Read through the comments to see if it was sold or not instead of just posting expecting someone else to read/find out for you. Normally necro posting isn't against the rules, but when you necro post a bunch of threads in the classifieds section it buries the current active threads - which keeps the threads where people are actually selling from being seen as much, and makes people think that these are new threads with things for sale when they've already been sold. Read first, ask second. Also, if the thread is over a few months old chances are the item is already sold.
