If you're having the problem on a different site as well it could be your browser issue or even a flash/script add on issue. Try trying it on another browser, and checking to see if your scrips are up to date.

I Need some help. I don't know if it is me or it is the network but It takes me about 4 or 5 tries to reply to a post or I can't post at all and it seems really laggy when looking at pictures. I clean my pc all the time and I can read everything. Any idea what's going on?
