Got it done,well almost,I didn't my yellow sapphires for the eyes so I put cz's in for now and used red permanent marker...no yellow.I kinda like the red, might order some rubies now...

Palladium silver body, shibuichi shells, starfish, turtles and mermaids. Tahitain pearls and soon to be rubies for the eyes.

:O!!! GORGEOUSNESS! I love it! The red jewels are really striking against the silver.

My yellow sapphires didn't make it Saturday. I had originally planned to cast it in shibuichi which is a darker colour so the yellow sapphires would have stood out,but since I opted for the lighter metal, the red really pops.. I justdid the red on cz for piccies and to test drive it today wearing it..

I'm a jeweller by trade..This is done by carving it out in wax,it's large enough it could have been a small sculpture in bronze...lol
