Hello, first time posting, I had 2 questions after seeing this pretty awesome video on youtube. What kind of fabric did the maker of both tails use on her gold tail? Could that be a foil covered spandex? It's so shiny! Does anyone know how you design the extra long fluke like she uses? I'm thinking it might be hard to swim in, but it looks beautiful in action.

Hello there! The main fabric is a metallic printed spandex. It's a print with metallic colors in it. Some may categorize it with "holographic" prints though. It looks like it's a cheetah print. You can find them online! The other chiffon or a chiffon-like fabric. With a lot of it on the tail it can defiantly add some weight and drag, but as you see it can look amazing!
