Short Term Goals

What are your short term goals? Do you have errands to do tomorrow? Something do complete this week? If it takes longer than a month, it doesn't go here!

Come back and ensure you've completed your short term goals, and make new ones!
Inspire and motivate one another, remind yourself, share ideas with everyone and progress for crafty projects, you name it!

I thought this would be a fun way for us to not be bubbleheads. :crazy: (Okay, I'm probably the biggest bubblehead here.)

I'll start!
Throw on my mermakeup and take some photos so people see more than a self drawn portrait of myself!
Craft first tail ornament, more earrings, simple spare necklaces (to give away to kiddos)
... do my homework? 8D durrhurr
Do some more (recent) sample artwork! (Start with Loni and Koral together)
Take a picture in at least one tail... :headwall:

I have 10 days to get ready for my birthday party on October 19th. I am not a procrastinator, but I just can't seem to get anything done for it! i have to...
- bake a cake
- clean the sewing room
- clean the living room
- Thoroughly mop the floor
- give my pets a bath and clean their cages/tanks/etc
- Vaccum the carpets
- PLAN the party
- decorate
- find my decorations
- and ALOT more...

I don't have any idea how I am going to get it all done! Maybe this thread will help me out with the whole motivation thing ;)

I know a big list can get overwhelming. I sometimes (oftentimes) forget what all I'm supposed to be doing...

Cleaning isn't TOO bad. Then again I enjoy cleaning (don't pay any mind to the messy room behind me).

I'm at least working on a new picture for a sample piece of artwork for y'all when I start an art shop. Don't know how much I like it, but the background is awesome.

It's not that it is overwhelming, I just can't seem to get myself motivated to do any of it T_T I am never like this! I LOVE party planning...I feel just kinda blah :p

My list? Should I start with the work list or the home list? I'll just stick with the home list...

~Clean/organize my room
~get started on Raina's tail bag (The half I have enough to be able to make anyways)
~Clean up my work space
~Make some more jewelry to take with me to Shelly's Grotto (She wants to sell my jewelry in her store :yay: )
~Sew the Velcro into the fluke of my tail by 7:30 tonight (will be home from work at 6:30 @_@)
~Go to the pool tonight and get photos and video, as well as test out some of my new mermaid accessories
~Do laundry
~Get stuff listed on the local Yard Sale group on Facebook

@_@ Can't think of anything else right now... But that is just my home list, work list is even longer

My to do list? Should we start with work, personal life, mermaiding.........I'm stressed out just thinking about it!

Right now? I have to make a cache of logos for my company. Which means resizing and saving and exporting a million times in Illustrator. Not a fun morning. And I have to work on forms and updating the company website...(why am I on mernetwork with all this work to do!! LOL)

I also need to clean my house! (Sorry Koral, the place is a disaster!) Finish my mermaid costume and accessories, work on my blog and getting booking and event pages up, finishing contests on Facebook (I've gotta get some prizes out to winners!), and sometime I need to write in my journal and start on a new drawing...and plan my mom's birthday. Oh boy, there goes some more hair and the rest of my sanity!

Cleaning is usually the hardest thing for me to get motivated to do, but sometimes I just have this crazy urge to clean and I can't stop - it's made me late to work a few times, too XD

Recent short term goals?

Do ab exercises today
Finish blog entry that will cover the entire month of September (September just went by too fast...)
Stop being scared to start dating again
Go swimming and to ballet this week
Figure out where to do my cosplay photo shoot on Sunday

Well this week (Mon-Sun) I have to:
1. Get all schoolwork finished and lab assignments completed by friday. Go to all classes.
2. Go swimming
3. Continue sewing Halloween costume/tail, I am doing this by hand... :doh: cause my sewing machine won't sew the material I have. I hope it will work. Finish this before Halloween. *fingers crossed*
4. Go to Mermaid Shelly and Merman Chris's opening of the Grotto, at 6pm Friday.

- Finish Interview for English class

- Paint my nails (random I know, just excited to have long nails for the first time lol)
- Find lumiere paint/ start my "rainbow reef tail"
- Alter a ton of clothes for Bubbles
- Find my $50 locket (even if I have been looking for it for over 2 years!! -~-)
- I'll just stop here, for your sake lol
