Have had an artists block for a while now and would appreciate some suggestions. Help will be greatly appreciated.

This is what I do when I have artists block. I may not spit out the most fantastic art but this method has never let me down and has gotten me out of my rut:
Put your pencil/pen/stylus on the paper/tablet and just go for it!
It does't matter if you only do some random abstract or a full body lovely image - so long as you let your hand and mind do its own thing and reconnect. I like to think of it as "resetting the brain and hand to cooperate as one" again.
Good luck! :)

my tips
1: go on tumblr. there are so many cool and inspiring pictures!!! so in your head, you subconciously pick up interesting features about photos and artwork :)
2: listen to music. it really affects the way you feel! build a soundtrack of positive songs (that are in a similar genre) and after a few minutes, start drawing.....
3: As Koral said, let your hand glide over the paper, and start doing random squiggles, adding shading to the squiggles (like warm ups) and let yourself go.....
4: if youve still got nothing, get someone to model, or find a photo or pic online to draw your own interpretation of....
5: lastly, look at drawing tutorials on youtube. even though your very talented and dont need tutorials ;) its interesting to see different approaches or techniques for certain features, like scales or eyes or grass or waves etc....
hope i helped ! <3

Not sure you still need the advice, but here are a few things I do:
1. Take on ninja requests: On a forum somewhere (I use deviantart), look at some replies for already made request posts. Often times, people will have supplied references of what they want drawn to the OP so all you have to do is click and/or look at the given ref for a few seconds. If you have an idea of what to draw within those seconds (or minutes), then draw it out :) The ninja part of this comes from you telling the requester about the submitted work ( always tell the requester as it is only the art that belongs to you). Of course, if you never post the result, then you never need to let the person know.
2. Search and sketch : Something I've done recently, is look at only ONE page of stock images with no search terms applied, pick five or six items (mostly different from one another), then try to create a character design or dress from those items. You can also just look up a general theme (I usually do nature or something aquatic) and pick the six from there.
3.Anatomy and poses : Not always the most exciting, but it helps keep you drawing and you usually learn something anyways.
4. Recycle : Find an old drawing that you did and redraw it or update it (aka deviantart's Kick Your Own Ass meme).
5. Squiggles and scribble s: Randomly scribble on a piece of paper (might want to do this lightly) then stare at it until you see something appear. It may even be something real but whatever you see, draw it. It's also a great way to create Fakemons haha.
Have fun!

Mermaid tails inspired by fish, it may seem wierd but trust me its so fun!
Practice techniques, work on your shading or hair.
