Sound can do alot of things. Like take for instance with a special sound machine they can make the pitch of sound shatter glass but we can not hear it.
That is really cool! So gonna try that someday :D haha

Ok I'm not certain this is real.... I think it's been manipulated later.
1. How can water droplets freeze in mid-air defying gravity?
2. Water has never floated upwards like that...
If you have a (in) -credible explanation for this. I'd like to hear it, but for now. Good video, and really cool editing of this video to create those effects.

I think it might have something (at least partially if not wholly) to do with the camera. It's kinda like in some home movies when there's a helicopter in the shot, sometimes it flies while the blades aren't moving because the camera can't keep up with how fast the rotation is taking place. Same with this video, the drops are still falling, but the sound manipulates them so they break into droplets that makes it look like they're moving upwards or staying still. Just my theory.
