I just added this section since right now there isn't a very good place to discuss news stories about things relating to the community. Right now I think this sort of thing mostly goes in General Community Discussions, but I think having a dedicated section would be good.

I went though and moved a bunch of them, but I'm sure I missed a bunch too. If anyone finds any threads that should be moved, just post a link to the thread here and I'll take care of it.
