I'm sure it would fit.. each strap is around 20.5 inches so that is 41 inches in total....with extra to tie a bow a stuff. It's made to fit a range of sizes :)

I've got another top for sale from the same company. It's shatter glass white spandex and I believe the measurements are just a tad longer than that of the blue top.
