A new tail idea

I was thinking this morning an was wondering if anybody has tried to make a vinyl tail? Not made out of stretch vinyl but made out of old air mattresses. The consept would be the same as to making a regular tail but with less tolerences as to stretch and form. Also insted of being sewn together it would be glued. A pool liner would be the same material. Just a thought and question.

If you go to the "Tail Making" section of the forum and scroll down a couple videos there is one that is called Information About my Tails, the tail she has is vinyl. Not sure if stretch vinyl or not, but it is vinyl. Hoping is can help a bit but it isn't a tutorial sorry :(

A lot of vinyls aren't as flexible and can break down and become much more brittle after sun exposure and saltwater exposure.
