Aquamarine Mermaid Necklace

Does anyone know where I could buy or how I could go about making a necklace like the one Aqua wears from Aquamarine? It's long and gold and mermaidy. :D

Your best bet would probably be to visit a bead store or a craft store with a really nice bead section and put it together yourself.

It doesn't look too hard at all, honestly. You'll need a gold chain that descends the right height, find the beads and then find a jeweler who can put it together like you need. I wanted to make the H2O season 3 necklaces myself, but there is literally no bead anywhere. I traveled all over the state and spent hundreds of hours on the Internet looking; there are no beads like that. This one seems so much easier. xD

the bead at the bottom is a coin pearl, and a nice bronze coin replica would do for the top part of the pendant. happy to quote you on putting this together for you, I have been designing for a long time. we would change it slightly to avoid any copyright issue.....

I thought this one was exactly. But you know, if you're that much of a perfectionist, I wouldn't bother. Unless you can get in contact with the creators of the show or who ever was in charge or wardrobe, you probably aren't going to find one exactly like it.

No, actually, it's not at all like the one from the show. But like you said, it's a lost cause. I've already given up on it (as I said in my first post where I was merely speaking of experience :b) but it was a nice project to try.

Honestly it looks like it would be pretty simple to make by hand. a simply necklace making kit, some beads, and some clay to make the mermaid pendant or you look for one on ebay and volla you have Aqua's necklace

Oh I want one of those lockets so badly!!! I'm really sad that they don't make them anymore and the prices zoomed straight up :( I wonder how much the original necklaces sold for... or did the girls keep them?
