I have both!
I love the wave for its movement- you can do tight turns/tricks in it really easily. The rapid is great for speed/minimal effort to travel far. I honestly cannot decide which one I like more, though ^^;; I love having a bigger fluke, so it might have to be the rapid!

If I had the money I would buy a competitor. But till them I will stick with my rapid untill I can buy one.

I only have a rapid and I love it! Can't really compare the two but I have no problems doing hairpin turns underwater with it. Just takes practice and LOTS of speed
