Is all of that spandex good for tails?

you have to get swimwear grade spandex and 4 way stretch

Not to be rude or anything, but giving your local fabric/craft store a call would work just as well! :) But yes, Spandex World is super great for spandex. The best orange one there i've seen so far is called 'Milliskn' it is 4-way stretch (the best one to get) and you can get it in shiny or dull. Amazing price, too!
