This is why I'm afraid to share photos. But I don't know that there's any way completely around it except never sharing photos, and that's no fun either. XP

He's not selling photos, but using them for selling jewlery. If there were any of mine, can you say "copyright lawsuit!"

I reported the listing, under copyright infringement, and stated that there is a misrepresentation of the item, as it is not linked to the mermaid pictured, and the seller is fraudulently using the pictures with out permission.

They're also selling one connected to an Atlantean Princess (and other stuff about vampires and fairies). This one looks like it's from a book cover or something, but I'm new here, so it could be someone in the mer community for all I know.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Haunting-Labradorite-Pendant-Atlantean-Princess-Portal-Atlantis-Higher-Mind-/130811630895?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e74fb152f

That other listing has a watermark on it from this person's (http://thedarkrayne.deviantart.com/?rnrd=6388) deviantart I think. I'd send them a message but I don't have a deviantart account yet.
Edit- here's (http://thedarkrayne.deviantart.com/art/The-Mermaid-174492756?q=gallery%3Athedarkrayne%2F1597578&qo=103) the image on her page.

Is it that hard for a person to ask first if they can use a picture ? It's a no brainer. Now if the person asked first it is free publicity for the merperson and the person gets his stuff sold. Why is that so hard for some people?

@MerAnthony: Probably because they know the person they have to ask will say no. So then they think that maybe the person won't notice and then they can get away with it.
