What are your plans for winter break?

With the holidays approaching, many of us will finally be entering the highly anticipated 'winter break'. I thought it would be fun to hear what everyone else does around the holidays. I guess I'll start...

Personally, I can't wait to finish finals and go home. I took summer classes and barely had a chance to see my family. It'll be nice to spend some real quality time with them.

I'm also looking forward to Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Christmas Eve, my family and I go over to my grandparents' (mom's side of the family) house for dinner, presents, church, and singing christmas songs. My family makes really good food, and it's always fun to watch my family's dog, and my grandparents cat, open their gifts. Christmas Day, we spend with my dad's side of the family. I'm looking forward to seeing my aunts, uncles, and cousins again :)

I'm not sure what the plans are for New Years yet...

During the rest of break I'll be working and preparing for next semester. I did terrible this past semester and am retaking some of my classes, in addition to the ones I need to finish for my degree. I'll also start preparing for the civil service exam and the GRE...

So what will you be doing over break?

Human-related: Just spending Christmas at home with my mom, dad, and brother :)
Mer-related: GETTING A PARTIAL SILICONE TAIL FROM FISHBUTTS!!!!! YAYYYYYY!!!!! :D

I just want to go ice skating with friends! There's only one ice rink at Jax. And it's kinda far from my house so it's a bit of a drive from my house xD People in the north need to appreciate ice rinks.

Practice swimming, go to 3 dinner parties, 4 regular parties, see the optometrist, get blood work done, remove last wisdom tooth, graduate, and sleep in~

Find an indoor pool. If everything goes well my tail will be finished before winter is over and I just can't wait until summer to swim in it.

I have to finish a $400 logo I was commissioned for, and build four websites. I also gotta prepare myself for some upcoming competitions and I gotta do proposals for several graduate-level independent studies classes I'm taking. Oh and get in shape. I also might visit latexmans in Thailand again, and go to Indonesia (to surf!), Singapore (some friends in college are meeting up with me there), and Hong Kong (if I have the time). It's nice to be able to fly everywhere almost for free. :) My flight from Hong Kong to Singapore only cost USD $15!

Anyways I'm really busy this break... :|

Ooh and I wanna learn how to juggle haha.
