Airbrush Make Up

Hi Guys,

So I have used Airbrush make up for previous shoot in the past as it lasts the longest and has a perfect finish on it. I am going to use it in my next shoot underwater as they are silicone based and supposed to stay on underwater ! Temptu or Kett Cosmetics !
Airbrushes can be expensive but you can buys beginner packs all over the place even in the craft stores !

I use dinair ( www.dinair.com (http://www.dinair.com) ) , and it's great! They have some paramedical stuff that is silicone based, but I haven't tried it out yet in the water. It's supposed to be completely waterproof. I'd be interested to know how it compares to kett and temptu.

EDIT: oops, I lied. Supposedly even the paramedical stuff is silicone free. It's still supposed to be waterproof, though. (Doesn't mean it's pool proof, but that's why I want to test it. XD)

Wow, thanks for the tips both of you! I'll be doing a photo/video shoot underwater for Project Delphine & my boyfriend is really into the idea of blending the pearly-opal tail, one I'm currently creating, into my skin. I'll have to check out all these different make-ups & see if any might do the job.

I did some underwater filming yesterday, and i found that mixing vaseline (petrolleum jelly) with eyeshadow or blush or lipstick makes it stay on longer! Its not completely waterproof, but because its kind of greasy it repels the water :)

Yeah you will see a lot of people opt for airbrush on weddings and shoots as it stays longer with the silicone base or alcohol based products ! Temptu is a good one to try but they can be expensive !
