So for some of us, the new year has already arrived. Do any of you mers have resolutions for 2013? Mine is to come out as a mer to my family and friends.

This! New Years Resolutions just seem so fakey, made with little thought or commitment. Maybe that was just me when I made them though :P Either way, I removed that part of it from my New Years celebrations. I have a hard time in the winter, I figure making and/or breaking goals for a new year right in the middle of winter isn't the greatest idea for me personally becuase of that. I usually make goals for myself on the Celtic new year :) I've just found that better for me personally.

However I WILL take advantage of healthy food and some other things going on sale in January ;)

Going full force pro mermaid is in my set goals. Getting the ball rolling with that, have done some foot-in-the-door gigs, and am amping up for parties and such. A pro tail is included in those goals, as was accessory making. I've started accessory making (and selling) and my pro tail is in production :) So I'm well on my way! I tend to care a lot for others and often neglect myself a bit more than I should, so taking better care of myself in all aspects of health (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) is also in those goals. I've taken steps for all of those thus far :) Though SAD kind of kicked that to the back burner for a bit, but it does that. Thus why I don't set goals at this time of the year, haha :P

I have 3 resoltions this year for this year. 1 to get out of upstate NY with my children to a different state. 2 To get a slilicone tail. An 3 to find a job an to better my personal finances to support my family.
