Has anyone tried to make a swimmable tail/skirt conversion? I was thinking that if you leave the fluke open at the bottom to be able to remove the monofin and have the side seams (or a front or back slit) that snapped or something strong from the knee down, you could have the fluke bit able to be configured to do a sort of bustle thing or something at the back, or even drag behind you, but then you run the risk of damaging the fabric.

This might not make sense to anyone else, but it makes sense in my head. I can try to draw up configurations this weekend, though they won't be particularly pretty.

It might be something I just have to experiment with.

I'm curious to see what happens with this. it gave me a bit of an idea, so I'm looking forward to your sketchessketches to see what you came up with.
