In late December early January, I started emailing Lexia about ordering a tail, do to ordering a tail from another tailmaker but not receiving feedback. I warned her that the other tailmaker may work with me. Lexia was gracious and still continued to give me info on her tails. I discovered that every five seconds she got back to me. I have never worked with someone so easy and patient. She spoke to me about colour swatches, materials, and sequins. She was extremely patient with my so many questions. It turns out, the other tailmaker was willing to work with me and continue working on my tail. Lexia is so great to work with and she is such an artist. I highly recommend her, as she is a wonderful saleswoman and an amazing tail/accessory maker.
