Going on a cruise this summer and DETERMINED to dress Mermaid all the time! Ideas?

I know I will mostly be wearing bathing suites, so I want to get shell tops and scale tops I can just wear all over. But I don't want to be super racy, haha. Thankfully my chest isn't huge so it shouldn't be too difficult.

Anyone have any ideas of where to look for bikinis that might be cute/can become mermaidy?

Check at some outlet stores. I find a lot of them (but never purchase them--not much into bikinis myself as I hate being so revealed) there and they're really pretty nice. But I also live in Florida so it might just be that. Hm...making them yourself isn't too difficult, either.

Well, I know you said that you were mostly going to wear bathing suits, but long flowy, maxi dresses look very mermaid-ish. you can get some soft flowy fabrics and make "mini tails" mostly just a wrap skirt. Shell tops of course, you could get a hannah mermaid style top?
