Hihi..Name's Jazzy. 19 year old girl from Canada~ I'm new to the whole..eh..Merfandom as I've seen people call it. :D

I grew up watching the little mermaid almost everyday (I was even named after her, my middle name is Ariel) and I loved it. When my friends and I would go swimming and play as our own made up characters (LARP basically..heh) I would always want to be a mermaid, I was so in love with them. I wished they had costumes that you could swim in...little did I know that they actually existed!
While I was searching art of mermaids I saw an actual costume that you could swim in. Immediatley teared up (yep im lame i know! childhood dream accomplished) and had to look into it more. So I did and now I'm here!

Some things about me-
i love to draw, sew and costume.
Im a gamer! PC mostly, hooked on WoW.
I love to RP~

I'm an artist and fursuit maker, hoping to branch out to mercostumes now. :) I've never worked with silicone or latex so this should be a fun learning adventure for me haha.
My character is Jazmyne, not quite a mermaid..but a siren. think pirates of the carribean ''mermaids'', those are sirens heh.

But yeah...sorry I totally owe a TLDR but im lazy..thank you for having this site and allowing me to find people who share the same interest!

Welcome Jazzy, I also love sewing, and I have worked with fur before. I have to say that it is not an easy material to work with. I'm on Deviant Art too, by the username of spotted-cat. I mostly do landscape photography. Whats your DA username? I hope you like it here. From what I've seen on this website, working with silicone is a completely different process than working with a fabric. I hope your tail making goes well for you, and you find this site useful.
