Hey everyone!

So, Elena and I have decided that when I get back to the U.S, we will open up our own tail business! Now, we don't know when exactly I'm going to get back, but hopefully it'll be soon. I just thought that it would be nice to have your opinions on some things. Here is some of the information:

1. We will sell fabric tails only (no silicone or latex or neoprene).

2. Everyone will have the option to have a custom paint job on their tail.

3. We will not be painting scales, because the paint cracks after a few swims. (not on the fluke though)

4. Our tails will range from $111-$115 depending on how much fabric and what monofin you want.

5. Our tails will take up to a week (maybe two) to make because I have dance and school, and we also have Mystic Waters (our new up and coming Youtube show) to film.

6. We will do rush deliveries if needed for an extra $10.

7. We can add extra fins such as side fins and dorsal fins if the customer wants for an extra $10.

8. We will only take 5 orders a month (maybe more if we can) so that we don't get behind and there are no unhappy customers.

9. The end of our flukes will be able to open and close so that you can dry your tail out easily.

10. We will have a range of different colors for our customers to choose from.

11. We will also sell tops and other accessories such as sea crowns, shell bracelets, and shell necklaces.

So, that's all the information so far. Please tell me what you think!

Oh, and we'll use lycra-spandex fabric.

Good luck! I like the addition of the little fins - they don't seem to be done very commonly on fabric tails so it's nice to see the variety being offered in the community. :)

Also, to prevent scale paint from cracking, i think you can just stuff the tail with garbage bags or something, but don't overstuff it!

Would the tails come with monofins, or be "empty"?

Aw! Thank you everyone!

Allie: No, I don't think we got it. Could you try sending it again?

Enhydrina: Yes, they would come with monofins.
