Thanks guys! I can't remember off hand... I think we were talking about H2O. A few of the girls were HUGE fans and had all kinds of questions. They wanted to know if I had ever met any of the other girls and why my tail wasn't orange and do I have any special powers and all that good stuff. It was a blast! :D

Love the video Courtney! Once I get a bit better at swimming, I'm going to talk to my schools swim program and see if I can volunteer to swim with the kids as an incentive to get into the water :) So cute!

Swim programs are great. I love helping to give kids more self confidence in and around water. Encouraging them to be safe but brave enough to try! I can say from experience that mermaids are a great way to encourage children to swim for sure!


I did a birthday party in early September and the little birthday girl was super shy around the water and very apprehensive about the whole thing. As soon as she realized she could swim with the mermaid though she was super eager to get her little life vest on and hop in! It was SO CUTE! Ha ha! :D
