I was wondering if anyone knows of a place that makes custom strollers.

I have no idea. I imagine there aren't many since I don't know how much demand there is for custom strollers. Maybe you could modify a regular one yourself. What do you need it customized for?

I was thinking it'd be fun for a photoshoot to have a mermaid baby inside a giant seashell and coral stroller with her mermaid mommy. It'd be for photoshoots only but it would have to be safe for a baby.
