fabric issues

im working on my neoprene tail and when i bend my knees there is always a bunch of fabric gathered there. i made it tighter now but i want to know if everyone has this problem,yes?:confused:

I'm having issued too. I'm about to scrap my tail and start over.

I'm so short that it bunches around the ankles for me. :|
