Where's the elusive Spotted Catfish? Her Facebook account vanished!!

I had a Spotted Catfish Facebook account. But I logged into it today, and I wasn't able to log in because my account was deactivated!! the Spotted Catfish account, was deactivated by Facebook, as they thought I was impersonating someone. lol (Well they were kind of right) Apparently the rule is one account per user, and I had two accounts and a spotted catfish page! The other account my personal one, is fine. But I was horrified at the fact that they completely erased my other account and pictures and everything!! I had two accounts, because I wanted to get involved in the mer-community more, and another account was necessary. So now i'm back to square one. I don't really feel like trying to get my other account back, as I think that one account is fine enough. But If you want to add me as a friend on Facebook, please do!

Was it a facebook page where you can "like" it rather than friend it?
I thought you were allowed to have as many as you wanted of those o_O

If it was a "friends" sort of page, I guess, personal, then yea, facebook is cracking down on that as of lately. Apparently they're going to issue random "quizzes" to friends of yours to make sure that your display name is correct, if not you get your account deleted.
I mean, that was something someone told me, not sure if it's entirely true, but it sounds awfully strict of you, facebook.

Doesn't seem fair.. I know a few merverts on FB that have over a dozen accounts with the same name and profile pic for all of them. Stupid FB. Liked your page! :thumbs-up:

I had a separate profile and page. I think I've been asked to do one of those quizzes before.

They culled TONS of cosplayer's pages without warning too. They want you to have "like pages" rather than a second account. Apparently it is in the ToS no one ever reads.

I looked on his FB pages He is a mervert. 99% of all his pictures are of mermaids. I think there is something wrong with that guy.

HAHA every time I see that name I laugh! For some reason my phone pulls up my new 'likes' in an order different than that of 'the most recent' and so I have a string of his accounts lol his face is sooo derp'd in all the profile pics too Lol >.<

-__- of course facebook is doing that they're only concerned with their REAL clients, the companies who are now paying them who knows how much money to get all those stupid "recommended pages" ads on your pages when you didn't want them.
Facebook has been taking a turn for the worse lately, but they know they're so successful that they can really push people's buttons without many people leaving.

If I ever get one of those quizzes I'm not going to rat anyone out, I really hope other people don't do that either.

I have a cosplay account under my cosplay name, and my family based account under my actual name...I don't get on my family one anymore, it's constantly being spammed by my sister. I just hang around on my cosplay account. Let's see, I haven't logged into my other account in oh, four months or so?
