Hi everyone!
I'm mermaid Opal and I've just committed as a freshman to UC San Diego =) I'm excited to be moving from the east coast to San Diego in September and would love to do a meetup with you all in the future! Glad to see so many active Cali mermaids!

Hello mermaid Opal. Nice to see another mermaid coming to San Diego. We mostly have events during the Summer, but we may have a few events from August - September. Congrats at getting accepted to UCSD. What are you planning to study there? I'm a current San Diego Sate University student, and I'm in my senior year, majoring in Geography. If you have a facebook, I recommend you join the So Cal merfolk group on there, as that's where most of our events are posted.
