Admittedly, this only works well for girls (sorry mermen!)

So, I stumbled across this Ariel-editor/"dress-up-game": http://www.mermaid.net/

And soon, I ended up with this - I used image-capture to get the picture & play around in photoshop... I think it's fun!

Ack, I hadn't noticed that... Photoshooop! That sort of mod is an easy one to make (lasso and/or magic wand tool + adjusting the color in "hue/saturation" in layers).
