Why are asians so freaking abusive towards animals? I'm not saying everyone else is perfect but it's always asians who are keeping the fish alive while they're eating it, serving live squids and shrimp, dolphin massacre, overfishing like crazy, whaling in illegal waters, creating a fucking mafia for sharkfin soup and now stuff like this?
I mean at LEAST the other stuff has to do with food this is honestly just torture for the sake of pointless torture.
And the whole 'culture' excuse is getting really old really fast.

I have trouble understanding how these key chains could be considered lucky... it certainly isn't lucky for the animals contained in the plastic. Maybe the longer your turtle happens to live, the more luck you have?
I cannot understand how people think this is okay to do.

and yea I don't like the commens that are like "fucking Chinese people!" or something because it's not JUST them and it's not all of them. I'm sure a lot of Chinese people are just as horrified as we are that that's happening but their government is the one that needs to step in and do something about it. I read an article that this was perfectly legal which is sickening.

I completely agree with you. We do pretty bad things in the US too. Some animal 'shelters' use gas chambers to 'euthanize' pets they don't have space for. And don't get me started on factory farms! There are people who care, people who are ignorant, and then there are the people who don't care or even actively hate animals! It makes me sick. I love your alien analogy(?). I've seen movies where that's exactly what they do, and the humans don't like it. Not one little bit.
Those movies make me sad because the humans usually win, but the animals in the real world can't fight back.
I'm a huge animal lover. The summer is horrible because I can't even squish a mosquito! I can't kill a spider, can't step on a roach. I've learned not to use a lot of swears when I talk about this because I find it only gets your personal emotions across, and not the actual issue. It's about the only time I don't swear (I have a lot of bad mouthed friends and it rubs off)

You gotta be careful my uncle is a customs officer and they have yo take these from people all the time trying to 'save' them by taking them home and keeping as pets but there are international laws
