Hey guys so I had this idea to add an arm band to my costume while I wait for my tail. Then I kept adding more things until it hit me, Does any remember watching the discovery channels special on mermaids? Its when they claimed to have found remains of a mermaid and even find a dagger looking type thing. So how cool would it be to make one? I was looking at replicas of a megaledon tooth, it''d be simple to waterproof it then attach it to some sort of handle. I was thinking of using it solely for photo shoots NOT AROUND CHILDREN.. but what do you guys think? Is it possible? Have you ever seen something like it created? Just trying to get some ideas. =]

Thats a awesome idea :D I say go for it! It wouldnt be too hard to make- maybe coating it with resin to waterproof it would be good? :)

Hmm im not finding any of them big enough :/ Perhaps you could just make one without it being an actual barb?

When I thought it was a shell all I could think was how in the world.can I do this haha if anything I can make a mold of a barb or tooth and make a fake one
