Your tail is so pretty! I have been trying to figure out how I want to do a sequin tail for a long question. My one (slightly strange) question about the large sequins is, are they sharp? Like, if you rub them wrong, will you cut yourself?

In regards to the sequins...I'm not going to say it couldn't cut you (I mean paper can cut you if handled the wrong way right?!) haha but I have not had any issues with them hurting me. Of course I did cut all the pointed edges off them at the very top part of my tail (waistline). Other than that, if you are using neoprene, the sequins will not have any contact with your skin once you put the tail on. :)
One recommendation I do offer is to use a long zipper down the back because the sequins is not very flexible, and I have to fold down part of my tail to get the strap on my monofin in place. It makes it a little difficult, but honestly it's probably not any harder than getting a full silicone tail on ;)
