Does anybody have anymore information about dressing up for Train's consert?

While I am unclear on what exactly is going on. I've heard that if you dress up in mermaidy attire you will be given prizes and you may get the chance to be brought up on stage with the band :D. I plan on going to their concert when they head to Virgina beach.
