If you follow me on FB, then you probably already know that I've started an indiegogo campaign to try and get my mother over to Ireland with my brother's ashes.

I know we're all poor merfolk here, but every little bit helps.

My Mom feels guilty all the time that she hasn't gotten over there yet, even though it's only been just over a year.

Please don't think I'm asking for everyone else's money while I save for a tail. I've decided to put off getting a full silicone tail so that I could help my mom get there. I earned $35-ish in tips at the renfaire. Added to what's been pledged on indiegogo, that's $110. Only 12 days left, I don't think I'm going to reach my goal.

There is now $110 on the Indiegogo, and I have (somehow) $60 in my tip jar. $170 total. ^_^
That's a lot better than I thought I would be, at 1 week from my deadline!

Dottie I really wish I could donate, but I am literally spending all my book money on getting cavities filled- I am insanely strapped for cash. If something happens in the future and I end up surplus at the end of a month or something, I'll be very happy to pass along whatever I can. Keep asking, it'll happen eventually! I totally get it. I have wisdom teeth that have to come out because they're impacted.
