1) use the insert image button on the top menu, it's the square with dots on the corners. Using this method you can either attach a small file from your computer, or link to an image online. Deselect "retrieve remote" if you're doing it from a website.
2) Use the code
put the link to your image in the center of that code without spaces. If you're linking from FB you need to right click and select "copy image location" and then paste it into the code.
