Avatar???

I saw how some of the other mers have avatars under the things they post...how do i get an avatar??? I have a picture all ready, but i need some help!!! Thanx : )

Go into "settings" at the top of the page, then on the left side click on the word "signature" when the page is done loading you can put in any image, gif animation, or you can type any phrase you like into the open window. Then just save it and there ya go! But make sure it's not too big and is kept under 6 lines of text so that the pages down slow down when they load for other people. :)

Signatures are what appear under the body of each of your posts and avatars are the pictures you have underneath your username when you post, just FYI :)

Go to the top right page, click "settings". On the left hand side of the page under "My Settings" are links to edit avatar and signature.
