OK, so I've been into jokes a lot lately, and when I saw this funny ad from Thailand with Mermaids, I thought maybe a thread on mermaid humour would be fun.

actually, I find this a bit offensive, since they basically say mermaids are a type of seafood
(I hate the term "seafood" in general, and how some countries treat the sealife in particular :( )

but still, quite funny:p

Basically yes lol. Same goes in Japan too. If you eat the meat of the mermaid they grant you immortality.
