Performing with multiple characters

Okay, I don't know if the title makes any sense, but does anybody here who performs for parties and stuff also perform as different creatures? I mean like if you were hirable as a mer and/or a fairy or something? Does this make any sense? This has been bugging me for a while and I keep confusing myself with trying to figure out an answer.

I don't personally, but I know a lot of those princess party type companies usually have their girls play multiple princesses as necessary. Granted that's a little easier, its more a matter of "put on this dress and wig and act princessy" and just filling in the correct blanks story wise. One generically pretty girl could play Cinderella, Belle, Tinkerbelle, Ariel, etc etc.
