My old Magictail was gotten to by the dog, luckily no damage that can't be fixed. But, it is getting baggy on me, and I have been trying to earn money for a Merbellas Professional Tail, since everyone here probably has heard of and loved their work. I have a beautiful idea in mind, and I can't help but torture myself with pictures of tails. Anyway, I saw some kids at the beach talking about mermaids, and all that stuff. I was just floating along, and thinking "Maybe, if I could scrounge up enough money for a simple, nice tail that's not fabric, I could make some kids dreams of meeting a mermaid come true, and I could someday achieve my own dream of owning one of Ravens works of art!".. And I'm rambling, okay, onto my requirements What I want: A tail that's customizable obviously. If possible, side fins, if not no problem. I don't want to blow the bank, so preferably under $1,000 trust me, If I had that kind of money I'd already have just went with a basic Merbellas. :/ So I'm wanting something simple, with a nice scale design. I DO have a price range, but I would personally say $500.. That's as high as I think I can go, as my dad is the only one working, and all I have is $150.. If there was a competitor monofin in it, I would be willing to scrounge up a little bit more money, somehow.. So.. I would really appreciate someone actually reading this, and seeing if they could help me. I love swimming with a tail, but this one I currently have is fabric, and it feels really awkward to swim in since its getting so baggy.

HAHAHA! My friend saw this, and said "If you want to earn more money, go to the mall, and whenever someone goes to the bathroom say 'Can I have a dollar?' and they'll probably give you money to get you away from them, or hit you in the face!" ... My friends are so weird xD

Check out Eric's site.

His partial silicone tails run around 600 with tax and shipping. Otherwise, hit the tail making threads and get on it yourself. There aren't a whole lot of realistic tails that are inexpensive- it's a very time and money consuming venture for tail makers to create a custom tail. Best of luck to you
