Hi all! (first post in the forums, kinda scary)

I'm starting making my first tail this summer (buying some foam to make the scale texture this weekend), but I figured the best way to start is to answer a problem I've had for a while. I bought my first monofin last year, and I swam in it once before I realized there was a big issue.

it doesn't hold onto my feet.

It's a small footsize monofin, smaller than my actual size cause I figured I'd be able to loosen it. But whenever I kick, the back straps slide right off my feet!

Any help?

I have the Fins Monofin and I have it pulled as tight as it will go and need a smaller size because my feet come out. :(

I've heard that neoprene socks help sometimes. Welcome by the way :)

Thanks everyone! It's the Wave monofin?

Neoprene socks should help out a ton. Also, welcome to the forum!

Awesome thank you! I'll have to try that out this summer when I head out. Last question I swear (for a little while at least, haha), where can I find neoprene socks? At a sporting goods store like Dick's or would I need to make them myself?

Dick's might have them, call all of your local sports equipment businesses and ask if they have neoprene socks for divers
