Hi Michelle! I guess I am also a writer... though I still don't think of myself as one yet! I published my first book about being a mermaid a few weeks ago, and got a lot of input from the community. I hope you will too, and find loads of support!

MermaidIsis: I'm up to talk writing any time! I've been indie for about a year and half writing mostly romance and I'm now working to recreate my success in fantasy (which is really my first love, it's just that romance can be soooo lucrative).

AniaR: I saw your book! It looks like a fun read. You should pub it on Amazon too (if you haven't already) as that's a stronger market than Lulu. :)

Kakarotte: I don't know if there's enough spanx in the world for me to bring out my inner mermaid. People would probably mistake me for the Kraken lol If I'd found this place in my 20s though...whole different story.

Go through the "I just had a photo shoot!" thread, Michelle :) not only are there lots of older mers, there are also lots of voluptuous mers out there too who are probably bigger and more out of shape than you, and they look beautiful! Just wait. Tail fever will hit you ^^;

Oh yes lovely photos. I wonder if my daughter would like a tail...that would be a fun photo. Oh you are filling my head with all sorts of ideas. Watch out! :)
